The actual movement of money in and out of your business. Revenue is what you earned. Cash flow is what's in your bank account. You can be profitable on paper and still run out of cash if clients pay late and expenses hit first.
Why It Matters
Cash flow kills more agencies than lack of clients. A $100K pipeline means nothing if you can't make payroll this week.
