Definition
A tangible output you hand to the client — wireframes, a landing page, a deployed website, a monthly analytics report. If it's not something the client can see, review, or approve, it's not a deliverable — it's internal work.
Why It Matters
Clear deliverables make pricing, approvals, and invoicing much easier. Projects priced by deliverable are clearer to scope than projects priced by time.
