A project management method that visualizes work as cards on a board moving through columns such as To Do → In Progress → Review → Done. Each card is a task; the board shows status at a glance.
Why It Matters
Kanban is simpler than Scrum for many non-dev teams. It gives everyone visibility into what is being worked on without relying on status meetings.
