Retrospective

Definition

A meeting at the end of a sprint or project where the team reflects on what went well, what didn't, and what to change. Common format: "Start doing / Stop doing / Keep doing." Not a blame session.

Why It Matters

Teams that skip retros repeat mistakes. Teams that do them improve delivery, margins, and client satisfaction.
