Sprint
Definition
A fixed-length work cycle in Scrum, typically two weeks. The team selects work from the backlog, executes it, then demos results. The goal is to deliver a working increment at the end of each sprint.
Why It Matters
Sprints create rhythm and predictability. Clients know when to expect deliverables; the team has clear short-term goals.
