User Story
Definition
A short feature description from the user’s perspective: “As a [user type], I want [goal] so that [reason].” Example: “As a PM, I want to export time logs to CSV so I can attach them to client invoices.”
Why It Matters
User stories force the team to think about why they are building something and keep development focused on user value.
