Overview
Corcava includes hiring tools for digital teams that need to fill dev, design, and delivery roles — not a staffing-agency ATS or enterprise HR platform.
Use it to:
- Create and manage vacancies
- Track candidates on a kanban board per vacancy
- Schedule interviews with your team
- Publish to Career Habr (optional) and import applications back into Corcava
- Onboard hires into projects, time tracking, and team payments
This module is for agencies and product teams hiring their own staff. It is not designed for recruitment firms placing candidates at client companies.

Quick start
- Go to HR → Vacancies and create a role.
- Optionally enable Publish to Career Habr when posting.
- Add or import candidates onto the vacancy board.
- Move candidates through stages and schedule interviews.
- Convert hired candidates to team members and assign projects.
What is not included
- Enterprise payroll (payslips, tax filing, direct deposit batches)
- Staffing-firm placement workflows
- Freelancer.com job posting (not available in the HR UI today)

Publish your vacancy to external job boards directly from the vacancy creation form. Currently supported: Career Habr.
