Telegram Integration
Connect your Telegram account to receive Corcava notifications directly in the messaging app your team already uses.
Connecting Your Telegram Account
Step 1: Start the Connection
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the Telegram section
- Click Connect Telegram
Step 2: Authorize with Telegram
- You'll be redirected to Telegram (or prompted to open the Telegram app)
- Start a conversation with the Corcava bot
- Confirm the connection by clicking Start or sending
/start
Step 3: Verify Connection
Once connected, you'll see your Telegram username displayed in the Integrations page with a green "Connected" status.
Configuring Notification Preferences
After connecting Telegram, configure which notifications you want to receive:
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- You'll see all notification types organized into categories
- Each notification has two toggles: Email and Telegram
- Enable Telegram for the notifications you want to receive there

Personal Notifications

How Telegram Notifications Work
- Notifications are sent instantly when the triggering event occurs
- Messages are formatted with clear headings and relevant links
- Click links in notifications to go directly to the relevant page in Corcava
- Notifications respect your timezone settings
Disconnecting Telegram
To disconnect your Telegram account:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the Telegram section
- Click Disconnect
You can reconnect at any time by following the connection steps above.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving notifications?
- Check notification settings - Make sure Telegram is enabled for the notification types you expect
- Verify connection - Go to Settings > Integrations and confirm Telegram shows as connected
- Check Telegram - Make sure you haven't blocked the Corcava bot
Connection failed?
- Make sure you have the Telegram app installed
- Try starting a conversation with the bot manually
- Clear your browser cache and try connecting again
Notifications delayed?
Telegram notifications are sent in real-time. If you're experiencing delays:
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure Telegram app notifications are enabled on your device
- Contact support if delays persist
