Open Integrations → AI to add a support MCP connection, sign in or provide a token, test it and select the tools to enable. Then choose the connection in a mailbox's automation settings.

Use read-only source credentials and fixed tool arguments to restrict access. Findings and drafts remain available for review, and the existing coding agent setup is required.
