Corcava includes role-based access control with several built-in roles: Super Admin, Organization Manager, Project Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Project Viewer, and User. Each role has specific permissions and capabilities. You can assign roles to team members to control what they can see and do within the platform.
The AI Business Assistant is available to Organization Managers and Super Admins. This restriction ensures sensitive business data like financial metrics, team productivity, and client billing information remains protected and accessible only to authorized decision-makers.
You control who sees your analysis results through visibility settings. Choose 'Personal' to keep results visible only to yourself, or 'Team' to allow managers and admins to view them. You can only analyze screenshots you have permission to view - your own screenshots, or team member screenshots if you're a manager or admin. All analysis activities are logged for security.
