      Create professional invoices through Corcava's invoicing module. You can add line items, apply taxes, set custom prefixes and numbering, brand with your logo and colors, and generate PDF invoices. Invoices can be sent directly to clients via email, and you can accept online payments through Stripe. The system also supports time-to-invoice conversion from tracked hours.

      How do I add or edit line items on an invoice?

      Open a draft invoice and click Line items (or Edit line items) to open the line items modal. There you can add, edit, reorder, or remove lines—each with a description, quantity, unit price, and a quantity type (e.g. hours for time-based work, units for deliverables). The invoice total updates automatically. You can change line items and quantity types anytime before the invoice is sent.

      Does Corcava support localized invoice numbers?

      Yes! Invoice numbering supports localization in multiple languages. This makes it easier to work with international clients and comply with local invoicing requirements. You can also customize invoice prefixes per client or project for professional organization.

      Can clients make partial payments on invoices?

      Yes, Corcava supports partial payment tracking. The system monitors the total amount paid, outstanding balance remaining, and payment history. Clients can make multiple payments toward an invoice until it's paid in full.

      How do I send invoices to clients?

      Invoices can be sent directly to clients via email from within Corcava. You can send to multiple recipients, include PDF attachments automatically, track email delivery and opens, schedule future sends, and use professional email templates with your branding.
