Create and publish vacancies with clear titles, requirements, and descriptions. Optionally post directly to Career Habr.

Create a vacancy

• Go to HR → Vacancies → Create.
• Enter title (required), requirements, and description.
• Use AI Generate to draft a professional description from your requirements.
• Save to create the vacancy in Corcava.

Publish to Career Habr (optional)

• Enable “Create & Publish to Career Habr” during creation.
• Fill required fields: salary range, currency, team description, candidate expectations, skills, curators, and other options.
• Preview key fields before submitting.
• Submit to create the vacancy in Corcava and publish to Career Habr when enabled.

Manage vacancies

• View your team’s vacancies in the HR Vacancies list with search.
• Open a vacancy to review details and proceed with candidate tracking.
