Coding Report: Time Tracking Meets Git
Why It Matters for Coding Teams
Until now, time tracking and Git activity lived in separate worlds. The Coding Report brings them together: see how many hours your team logged and what they actually shipped—commits, repo activity, and (when connected) Cursor usage—all in one report.
How to Set Up
- Go to Settings → Integrations and connect GitHub or GitLab (use the Git integration card).
- Select which repositories to include in the report (sync settings).
- Open Reports → Coding Report from the main menu.
What You See
- Commits and activity for the selected repos, filtered by date range
- Time tracking data alongside Git stats so you can compare hours vs output
- User linking — link GitHub/GitLab users to your Corcava team members for clearer attribution
- Cursor usage in the report when the Cursor integration is connected
Tips
- Link GitHub users to Corcava users for accurate "who did what" in the report.
- Use the date range filter to focus on sprints or release periods.
- Combine with your existing time reports for a full picture of dev team productivity.
