What Corcava imports from Pipedrive
- Persons → Contacts (Contacts → Bulk Upload/Import → Pipedrive)
- Organizations → Clients (Clients → Bulk Upload/Import → Pipedrive)
- Deals → Deals (Deals → Import → Pipedrive)
Supported formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX. No OAuth sync — you upload standard Pipedrive exports.
Not supported today: native HubSpot or Zoho import. For other CRMs, use generic CSV upload on Contacts if your export maps cleanly.
Worked example: boutique agency leaving Pipedrive
Studio Meridian had 240 contacts, 68 organization clients, and 22 open deals in Pipedrive — plus Asana for delivery and Harvest for time. Migration goal: one workspace without retyping won-deal context.
Day 1: Export Persons, Organizations, and Deals from Pipedrive. Import in order: Clients first, Contacts second, Deals third. Summary: 68 client rows → 66 created, 2 skipped duplicates; 240 contact rows → 235 created, 5 skipped; 22 deal rows → 21 created, 1 skipped.
Day 2: For the three deals in “won” stage, PM created Corcava projects manually on matching client records — scope pasted from Pipedrive deal notes. Bill rates entered per project.
Day 3: Team tracked time on tasks; first invoice generated from approved hours for a direct client. Pipedrive read-only for reference only.

After import: connect delivery and billing
Pipedrive’s gap is post-sale. In Corcava:
- Won deals → you create projects on the client record (not auto-converted today)
- Hours on tasks → invoices from approved time
- Spent vs billed in Reports; Project Finances as a ledger
