Connect Corcava with Google Calendar

Push Corcava meetings to Google Calendar when you schedule internally, run public booking pages, or book HR interviews. Busy times on connected calendars can block booking slots.

Suite-level Gmail + Calendar overview: Google Workspace integration

Meeting confirmation syncing to Google Calendar

What syncs (and what does not)

Supported today

  • Create/update/delete Google events when Corcava meetings use “Add to calendar”
  • Public booking pages create Google events when a calendar is connected
  • HR interview scheduling pushes events to the interviewer’s Google Calendar
  • Conflict checks on booking pages using connected calendar busy times

Not supported

  • Full two-way sync of every Corcava task or project deadline
  • Replacing Google Calendar as your primary scheduling UI for all work
  • Microsoft Outlook calendar (see workspace integration roadmap separately)

Setup

  1. Open Integrations and choose Google.
  2. Approve access to your Google account.
  3. When creating or editing a meeting, enable Add to calendar to push the event.
  4. For public booking, connect Google on the meeting-scheduling settings so guests see accurate availability.

If sync stops working, reconnect Google in Integrations to refresh OAuth access.

Three workflows

Internal meetings

Team meetings created in Corcava can push to Google when the toggle is on. Disabling the toggle removes the linked Google event.

Public booking pages

Guest bookings create Corcava meetings and Google events when connected, with overlap checks against busy calendar time.

HR interviews

Scheduled interviews add events to the interviewer’s Google Calendar when available.

Privacy

Corcava uses Google OAuth scopes required for calendar read/write on connected accounts. Calendar data is used for meeting creation and availability checks — not sold or reused for unrelated product features. Disconnect Google anytime from Integrations.

FAQ

Is this two-way sync?

Corcava pushes meetings it creates or updates to Google when calendar sync is enabled. It reads busy times for booking availability. It does not sync arbitrary Google Calendar edits back into Corcava tasks or projects.

How is this different from Google Workspace integration?

Google Workspace covers the suite (Gmail + Calendar). This page documents calendar-specific behavior for meeting scheduling.
