Built around contractor invoices

One payment. A clear record at every step.

A verified destination

Contractors save their own asset, network and wallet address. An email code confirms each payout-method change; the invoice keeps its selected destination.

Approval before release

A superadmin reviews the sent, approved USD invoice and the payout preview. A separate email code confirms the release.

Completion tied to the invoice

A matching completed exchange withdrawal records the invoice payment. The provider reference stays with the record; a blockchain hash is added when available.

Pay from the exchange account your agency already uses.

Connection Payout wallet What to check
Binance Spot or Funding The selected wallet must have sufficient funds and usable withdrawal permissions.
Bybit Main-account Funding Supported account and API region, enabled network and withdrawal requirements.
OKX Main-account Funding Select the region matching the account and check the available network.

Availability depends on your exchange account, region, recipient and the route shown in the preview. Connecting an account does not guarantee that every withdrawal will be available.

The current flow pays individual approved USD team invoices with an outstanding balance. Supported dollar stablecoins settle at the agreed 1:1 amount; the company pays the quoted fee on top. This flow does not convert a non-USD invoice into USD.

From approved work to a confirmed payment.

1. Prepare the invoice

The contractor chooses a current payout method on their USD invoice. Review the work and approve the sent invoice.

2. Review and confirm

Choose the connected exchange. Check the recipient amount, network, destination, fee and total company debit before entering the email code.

3. Follow the result

Track the payout status and invoice-linked record. Pending or unknown outcomes remain protected against another payment while the result is checked.

How to pay contractors in crypto for the complete setup and payment sequence.

Keep an uncertain payment visible.

A timeout is not proof that a transfer failed. An unresolved payout stays open for investigation and blocks another payment on that invoice. Recheck reads the exchange withdrawal history; it does not send funds again or manually mark the invoice paid.

Transactions shows payments and payout attempts known to Corcava. It is not an import of all activity in your exchange account.

Questions before you start

Can I pay freelancers in USDT or USDC?

Yes, for individual sent, approved USD team invoices with a current verified destination and an available connected-exchange route. USDT supports TRON or Ethereum; USDC supports Ethereum.

Who pays the withdrawal fee?

The company covers the quoted fee in addition to the contractor’s recipient amount. Review both amounts and the total debit before confirmation.

Can a contractor change their wallet after approval?

A changed invoice destination clears approval and requires a fresh review. Editing a saved payout method does not silently replace the destination already stored on an invoice.

Is this a bulk payroll service?

The current flow releases individual contractor invoices. It does not administer employment payroll, calculate payroll deductions or offer bulk payout selection.

Can client receipts automatically fund these payouts?

Incoming invoice payments and outgoing exchange payouts use separate configurations. Client receipts are not automatically moved into the exchange wallet used for contractor payouts.

Bring contractor payments into your invoice workflow.

Connect work, invoice approval and payment status in one workspace. Set up the exchange connection and recipient methods before releasing a payout.
