Two files, ready to adapt.
Printable PDF
Two pages: a blank invoice followed by a clearly labelled example. Print or use it as a reference when preparing your own invoice.
Editable Markdown
Open the .md file in a text editor and replace the blank fields with your invoice details. It contains the same example and payment-record fields.

Keep invoice totals and crypto instructions separate.
| Invoice details | Payment instructions |
|---|---|
| Seller, client, invoice number and dates | Exact payment asset and blockchain network |
| Line items, rates, tax and invoice currency | Verified receiving address or current hosted checkout URL |
| Total, previous payments and amount due | Quoted asset amount or agreed conversion rule and validity |
| Invoice reference and agreed terms | Who covers network/provider fees and how to confirm the payment |
For a hosted checkout, use the current provider quote. A USD amount due is not automatically the same number of units of BTC, ETH, USDT or another asset. If the parties agree a fixed stablecoin settlement, state that agreement explicitly.
Worked example: USD invoice, agreed USDT settlement.

Example agreement: settle the remaining USD 500 with 500 USDT on TRON. The payer covers the network fee separately. No wallet address is supplied. This is an illustrative agreement, not an exchange-rate or fee quote; replace the tax and payment terms for your actual invoice.
Use the template in four steps.
- Replace the seller, client, dates, line items and invoice currency. Recalculate totals and previous payments.
- Agree the payment route. For hosted checkout, add its current URL. For a wallet payment, confirm the exact asset, network and destination with the recipient.
- State the crypto amount or quote rule, when it expires, who covers fees and which invoice reference to use. Verify any address change before payment.
- After confirmation, record the date, received asset amount, invoice allocation, provider reference and transaction hash when available. A sent transaction alone is not a reconciled invoice payment.
Move from a file to a tracked invoice.
The template gives you a starting document. In Corcava, create the client invoice, configure an eligible crypto checkout and track recorded payments against the remaining balance.

Questions before you start
Is this a crypto invoice generator?
This page provides a static PDF and an editable Markdown template. It does not generate an invoice, calculate totals or create a payment checkout in the browser.
Can I use it for a USDT or USDC invoice?
Yes. State the invoice currency separately from the payment asset, choose the exact supported network and replace the sample agreement with your own confirmed instructions.
Does the PDF contain a payable wallet address?
No. The blank page is for your own details and the example cannot be paid. Verify the destination before adding it to an actual invoice.
Do I mark the invoice paid when a client sends a transaction hash?
First confirm the payment through your provider or receiving wallet, then reconcile the amount to the invoice. Record a hash when available, along with the provider reference and invoice allocation.
