Attach files to tasks and expenses. Files are stored securely and accessible to your team based on permissions.
Task attachments #
- Add files when creating or editing a task.
- Common file types are supported; original file names are kept.
- Download from the task by clicking an attachment (opens the stored file URL).
- Upload a receipt or related document when adding an expense.
- The file link is saved with the expense and can be opened from the expense details.
- Use clear file names (e.g., invoice_1234.pdf) for easier searching.
- Keep sensitive data in team-secure folders and share only what’s needed.
