Task attachments #

  • Add files when creating or editing a task.
  • Common file types are supported; original file names are kept.
  • Download from the task by clicking an attachment (opens the stored file URL).
  • Expense receipts #

  • Upload a receipt or related document when adding an expense.
  • The file link is saved with the expense and can be opened from the expense details.
  • Tips:

  • Use clear file names (e.g., invoice_1234.pdf) for easier searching.
  • Keep sensitive data in team-secure folders and share only what’s needed.
