- Contact – a contact is the most general entity you can interact with in CRM. Generally, it’s a person with some contact information. You can send them an email through our CRM.
- Deal – a deal is a potential opportunity that you can close and obtain a client. A deal usually goes through a pipeline. The default pipeline is unqualified lead to qualified lead to preparing a proposal to a proposal made to a client finally. But you can edit those stages however you like.
- Client – a client is someone you get after closing a deal. They can have multiple projects, which in turn can have boards and tasks. A client is a receiver of invoices.
- Project – a project is something you do for a client and create invoices based on that work. That mostly concerns the project management module of our tool.
You don’t have to follow the whole flow from contact to deal to client and project, and you can choose the flow that most fits your business needs.
