Email Providers

Connect your email accounts to send messages directly from Corcava and power automations.

• Supported providers: Google (Gmail) and Microsoft 365

Connect a Google (Gmail) account #

1. Open Integrations. 2. Choose Google and start the sign-in. 3. Approve access. Your Gmail address will be connected to your team.

Connect a Microsoft 365 account #

1. Open Integrations. 2. Choose Microsoft 365 and sign in. 3. After approval, your mailbox is connected to your team.

Use your connected mailbox #

• When composing emails, pick your connected address as the From.
• Pipeline email steps can send plain emails using a selected mailbox.
• If sending fails due to access issues, re-connect the provider to refresh access.

Note: Sending through connected Gmail is supported. Microsoft 365 connection is available; sending from Microsoft mailboxes may not be supported in all areas yet.
