Overview #

Integration Triggers connect events across modules (CRM, Tasks, Invoicing, Messaging) so the right actions happen automatically without manual steps.

Built‑in triggers #

  • Contact created → Pipeline enrollment
  • – New contacts can be automatically enrolled into selected pipelines. This starts the defined sequence (e.g., onboarding) for each new contact.

  • Task moved to Done → Notifications
  • – When a task is moved into a column marked Done, the system can notify your team: – Slack: post a message to a chosen channel – Telegram: send a message to a connected chat

  • Invoice paid (online payment) → Status update & notifications
  • – Successful payments (e.g., via Stripe or PassimPay) automatically close the invoice and record the payment. – Optional Telegram notification can be sent when an invoice is paid.

  • Deal created from outreach → Telegram notification
  • – When a deal is created from an outreach event, a Telegram message can be sent.

    How triggers run #

  • Real‑time events: Task changes, new contacts, and paid invoices fire immediately and trigger the linked action.
  • Scheduled steps: If a trigger enrolls a contact into a pipeline, the pipeline steps run on their own schedule.
  • Setup #

  • Automatic pipelines (Contacts): Choose which pipelines should auto‑start for new contacts.
  • Board automations (Tasks): Per board, enable “Task done → Slack” or “Task done → Telegram” and select the destination channel/chat.
  • Online payments (Invoices): Connect payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PassimPay). Paid invoices update and can notify via Telegram.
  • Team scope & access #

  • All triggers are team‑scoped. Only your team’s resources (pipelines, boards, payment connections, channels/chats) are used.
  • Examples #

  • New lead captured → enrolled into an onboarding pipeline automatically.
  • Team completes a task → instant Slack/Telegram notification in the project channel.
  • Client pays an invoice online → invoice closes, payment is recorded, finance chat notified.
