Overview #
The Notification System keeps your team informed about important events (task assignments, completed work, payments, and more) using email and messaging channels you control.
Email notifications #
- Task assignment: When a user is assigned to a task, the assignee can receive an email with a direct link to the task.
- Notification preferences: Email delivery respects each user’s notification settings.
- Slack (task done): Post a message to a selected Slack channel when tasks are moved to a Done column on a board where this automation is enabled.
- Telegram (task done): Send a message to a connected Telegram chat when tasks reach Done on boards with this automation.
- Telegram (events): Additional events, like invoice paid or deal created from outreach, can send notifications to Telegram when enabled.
- Task assigned: Triggered when a team member is assigned to a task.
- Task moved to Done: Triggered when a task is moved into a column marked as Done.
- Invoice paid: Triggered by successful online payment; invoice is closed and a Telegram message can be sent.
- Deal created from outreach: Triggered when a deal is created from an outreach event.
- Email: Users manage their own notification preferences; emails are sent only when enabled.
- Slack: Enable “Task done → Slack” per board and choose the destination channel.
- Telegram: Enable “Task done → Telegram” per board and connect the chat; enable other Telegram notifications as needed.
- All notifications are team‑scoped and use your team’s configured channels and preferences.
- Events are recorded for traceability (e.g., task events), and online payment webhooks update statuses automatically.
- Assign a task to a teammate → they get an email with a “View Task” button.
- Move a task to Done → a message posts to Slack/Telegram in your project channel.
- A client pays an invoice → the invoice closes and your finance chat is notified in Telegram.
