Payment Gateways

Accept online payments for invoices using your preferred gateway.

• Supported: Stripe and PassimPay (crypto)

Connect gateways #

1. Open Integrations. 2. Add your Stripe or PassimPay credentials and activate the integration.

Collect payment from an invoice #

• From the invoice page, use Pay to generate a secure payment link.

– Stripe: opens the hosted Stripe invoice/payment page. – PassimPay: opens the crypto payment page.

• Share the link with your client or send the invoice from Corcava.

Automatic status updates #

• After payment is completed, the invoice is marked Paid and a payment record is added automatically.
• Failed or unpaid events are handled based on gateway notifications.

Notes

• Stripe requires the client to have a Stripe customer ID. If missing, you’ll be prompted to add it before generating a payment link.
• PassimPay links are generated per invoice; amounts reflect outstanding balance.
