- Managers list: Project Managers, Organization Managers, and Superadmins in your team.
- Manager time: Total time tracked by each manager for the selected period.
- Managed projects: For each manager, their assigned projects and the members assigned on those projects.
- Team effort: Per‑user time totals on each managed project.
- Efficiency coefficient: Team time divided by manager time (x‑ratio) to indicate leverage.
- Pick any start and end date; the report updates to reflect that period.
- Identify managers with high leverage (higher efficiency coefficient).
- Spot gaps: Managers with no projects or projects without active team time.
- Review project staffing under each manager.
