Overview #
Evaluate how projects are progressing using time, cost (Spent), and billed metrics. Compare projects over any period, or drill into a single project’s report.
Portfolio view (all projects) #
- Reports → Group by Project: See each project’s totals for Time, Spent (internal), and Billed (external) within your selected date range.
- Filters: Date range, Members, Clients, and Projects help you focus on what matters.
- Chart: Stacked bar chart by date with one series per project for quick trend comparisons.
- Table details: Expand a project to see daily, member, and task breakdowns with time; Spent and Billed appear when permitted.
- From a project page, open the report to analyze that project only.
- Group by Date or Member to see where time was spent and who contributed.
- Totals panel shows Time, Spent, and Billed for the chosen period.
- Compare projects: Use Group by Project to spot which projects consume the most time and cost.
- Profitability signals: Contrast Spent vs. Billed per project (when available) to identify strong or weak margins.
- Share and archive: Export from Reports to Excel with your current filters.
