Overview #
Measure individual and team productivity over any date range. Compare members by time worked, and (when permitted) review Spent and Billed to understand contribution and cost.
How to view #
- Open Reports and set Group by to Member.
- Set a date range. Optionally filter by Projects and Clients.
- Use the stacked bar chart to compare members over time.
- Expand table rows to see per‑project and daily breakdowns for each member.
- Total Hours: Sum of tracked time across selected filters.
- Spent (internal): Team cost based on pay rates, shown when permitted.
- Billed (external): Billable value based on bill rates, shown when permitted.
- Multi‑currency: When applicable, per‑currency sums appear with an approximate total in your team’s base currency.
- Focus on a single project: Filter by project and keep Group by Member to see who contributed most.
- Focus on specific members: Filter the Members list to compare individuals directly.
- Use Export on the Reports page to download the current view (with filters) to Excel for sharing or further analysis.
