Overview #

Analyze work time across projects, team members, clients, and tasks over any date range. View interactive charts, detailed tables, and totals to understand productivity and profitability.

Filters #

  • Date range: Pick any start and end dates.
  • Group by: Project, Date, Member, Client, or Task.
  • Projects: Focus on specific projects (multi‑select).
  • Members: Include selected team members (multi‑select).
  • Clients: Filter by client (available based on your access).
  • Reset: Clear all filters and restore defaults.
  • Chart #

  • Stacked bar chart across the selected date range.
  • Series reflect your “Group by” choice (e.g., projects, members, clients, tasks).
  • Hover to see exact time values; labels show totals on bars for quick comparison.
  • Totals #

  • Total Hours: Sum of all tracked time in the selected period.
  • Total Spent (internal): Team cost based on pay rates, shown when permitted.
  • Billed Amount (external): Billable value based on bill rates, shown when permitted.
  • Multi‑currency: If time is logged in multiple currencies, you’ll see per‑currency sums and an approximate total in your team’s base currency.
  • Details table #

  • Expand grouped rows to see daily/user/task breakdowns.
  • Each line shows time and, when permitted, Spent and Billed amounts.
  • Export #

  • Click Export to download the current report (with filters) to Excel for sharing or further analysis.
  • Use cases #

  • Track productivity by member or project over any period.
  • Compare Spent vs. Billed to assess project profitability.
