Video Calling

Overview #

Start a video call directly from any chat and meet inside the app. A join link is posted in the conversation so others can enter the room quickly.

Start a call (team) #

• Open a chat and click the video call button in the header.
• The call window opens inside Corcava.
• A call link is posted to the chat so participants can rejoin if needed.

Join a call (clients) #

• Click the call link shared in the chat to open the meeting room.

Website chat (optional) #

• If enabled for your website widget, visitors can receive a video call link and join from the widget chat.
• Turn video chat on in the widget settings when you want to use this option.

Tips #

• Start the call from the relevant chat so the link is automatically shared with the right person.
• Use a headset to reduce echo and background noise.
